Použití

Ventilátory EMT splňují požadavky směrnice ATEX 2014/34 / EU, jsou určeny pro použití v oblastech s nebezpečím výbuchu mimo miny a důlní výkopy, splňují požadavky skupiny II kategorie 2G / 3G - zóna 1 a / nebo 2 a kategorie 2D / 3D - zóna 21 a / nebo 22.

II 2G Ex h IIB + H2 T4 Gb na přání.

Konstrukce

  • středotlaký odstředivý ventilátor s přímým pohonem,
  • slitina litého hliníku s přímými lopatkami, dynamicky vyvážená podle ISO 1940-1,
  • hliníková skříň z litiny,
  • pozinkovaný kryt vstupu a výstupu,
  • ventilátor černě lakovaná RAL 9005,
  • maximální teplota čerpaného média 60°C,
  • teplota okolí motoru od -20°C do +40°C,
  • obrázek LG270.

Elektromotor

  • nevýbušné, jednofázové asynchronní 230 V 50 Hz,
  • nevýbušné, třífázové asynchronní 230/400 V 50 Hz nebo 400/690 V 50 Hz (v závislosti na výkonu motoru),
  • jednofázové, 2 nebo 4pólové,
  • krytí IP55 (pro ventilátory kategorie 2G),
  • stupeň krytí IP65 nebo IP66 (pro ventilátory kategorie 2D, podle modelu),
  • stupeň krytí IP66 (pro 2G a 2D ventilátory přizpůsobené pro řízení frekvence a jednofázové motory),
  • izolační třída F,
  • tepelná ochrana PTC (v závislosti na modelu a motorech pro řízení frekvence),
  • verze VFD přizpůsobená pro řízení frekvence.

Speciální verze

  • libovolná postava LG / RD (velikosti 70, 160, 200, 290),
  • malba v jiné barvě, než je standardní,
  • motor pro jiné napětí a frekvenci než standardní,
  • motor s jinou barvou stupeň krytí IP,
  • motor vybaven senzory.
